A senior product designer who brings clarity to complex software.
Two decades in design, the last eight focused on product. My work spans enterprise SaaS across healthcare, aged care, financial software and e-commerce: regulated, high-stakes environments where an unclear step has a cost attached. I've carried most of these projects solo as the only designer, and I've also worked as part of a team, leading junior designers and delivering client work through agencies.

work
Seven projects, each a different kind of problem.
Healthcare and aged care, telehealth, marketplaces, e-commerce and financial software. Each one starts with a process that already exists on paper, in a phone call, or in someone's head.
Medication Ordering and Receiving
Ordering, dispatch and receiving redesigned as one loop: a real cart, a scan-gated check-in, and somewhere for a short delivery to go.
Medication Platform
Four connected products, one design system, and an AI assistant with real consent controls.
Telehealth Platform
Three platforms, three brands, one system, and a 75% lift in patient conversion.
Recruitment Marketplace
Redesigned a two-sided marketplace: completion went from under 40% to over 80%.
Furniture E-Commerce Platform
Direct-to-consumer furniture: browse, cart, checkout and Afterpay instalments.
Corporate Website and IA
A sprawling corporate site restructured around what customers came to do, with a component library behind it.
Promotional Merchandise Platform
A large B2B catalogue restructured around how buyers actually search.
Clarity that travels across industries.
My career has been shaped by some of the most complex challenges in enterprise software: building scalable design systems, designing data-heavy workflows, and creating interfaces that serve everyone from frontline users to decision-makers, across SaaS, e-commerce, finance and operations.
The most demanding environments, like healthcare, where a platform has to work for a nurse at 3am, teach principles that travel everywhere: clarity under pressure, accessibility at scale, and design that reduces cognitive load.
