A senior product designer who brings clarity to complex software.

Two decades in design, the last eight focused on product. My work spans enterprise SaaS across healthcare, aged care, financial software and e-commerce: regulated, high-stakes environments where an unclear step has a cost attached. I've carried most of these projects solo as the only designer, and I've also worked as part of a team, leading junior designers and delivering client work through agencies.

My career has been shaped by some of the most complex challenges in enterprise software: building scalable design systems, designing data-heavy workflows, and creating interfaces that serve everyone from frontline users to decision-makers, across SaaS, e-commerce, finance and operations.

The most demanding environments, like healthcare, where a platform has to work for a nurse at 3am, teach principles that travel everywhere: clarity under pressure, accessibility at scale, and design that reduces cognitive load.
