challenge

To deliver a seamless, scalable, and visually engaging e-commerce platform for Lifely – a direct-to-consumer Australian home furniture brand. The project aimed to elevate Lifely’s online presence by blending editorial inspiration with conversion-driven design.

The platform needed to:

  • Showcase Lifely’s product range through storytelling and lifestyle imagery
  • Support seasonal promotions and flexible marketing content
  • Improve site navigation, mobile usability, and checkout flow
  • Build trust with features like reviews, clear shipping info, and brand story integration
  • Deliver a consistent experience across desktop and mobile

The challenge was to create a cohesive digital experience that felt both inspiring and effortless to shop, while increasing customer engagement and conversions.

  • Facilitated design sprints and stakeholder workshops
  • Collaborated with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Led design QA and maintained quality across responsive breakpoints
  • Worked closely with marketing to ensure brand consistency and content flexibility
  • I also mentored junior designers on design systems, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
