Promopal’s existing website was no longer fit for purpose. Key issues included:

  • Cluttered Navigation: Users struggled to find products or information quickly.

  • Inefficient User Journeys: The path from browsing to enquiry was long and confusing.

  • Poor Mobile Experience: The site was not fully optimised for mobile users.
